A Guide to Sanctuary values
First of all let us welcome you to our online gaming community. It is a pleasure to have you here and we look forward to your continued support.
Who we are?
Our community is an English speaking community from all corners of the globe who have come together through MMORPG games. We are a mature/adult community albeit a tiny bit insane on the odd occassion. However, we do hold firm to our original values of being a competitive, but on the whole peaceful, guild in games.
What do we stand for?
We stand for justice, peace, honour....... who am i kidding? We stand for FUN, fair gameplay, to help our in-game guilds grow and help whoever, whenever we can. What we expect from you
We expect our members while wearing our tag to act with respect to other players in the guild and the general community in whatever game you are playing. If you are expecting a guild who is all about being uber or 1337 then you have chosen the wrong guild and we are sorry but your time with us is probably at an and already. We would like you to be helpful and considerate when you can as not all members will be as fast to level as others, so information (not always actual helping them in game) should be freely given. This does not mean that you can just expect help at the drop of a hat. If someone is busy then be polite and let them carry on, they will help you when they can. If a person shows they are willing to help themselves, then in times of need you will find we are forthcoming with help. Remember this and you will do well. We would like people to be able to help out with information on the forums also if they have time to write up guides etc (but this is not mandatory). Some core Values (I dont like the word rules)
We don't Hack, Exploit or use 3rd party programes to gain advantage. We do not tolerate or condone beggars (personal pet hate "Gold Plz"). We do not tolerate 1337 chat in guild chat if you must talk like this do it in private. We Share within our guild and try to keep banks for excess items. We do not tolerate racisim, sexism or segregate people due to religious beliefs. We want our members to try and be polite to other players and use proper channels i.e. report incidents of abuse to guild leaders so we may sort it out. We are a mature Guild so sometimes the content of our guild chat can be a little adult orientated so we strive have an age limit of 16+. PVP/ Pking
As a whole we are a peaceful guild but depending on the nature of the game we are playing we will change our actions to suit the game requirements to progress in a particular game. This does not mean we will go out and PK someone on a whim, actually PKing is generally a No-No in the sanctuary community unless we are on the receiving end of being PK'd then whoever it is will feel the fury of Sanctuary. (oops if you instigate random pk'ing you're on your own and probably guildless right now).
Each game will have a forum section detailing what is required in that game.
Manufacturing, Tailoring, Smithing etc
Ok some people like to do this and some don't - this is a reminder to those who don't. Please be respectful to those who can help you and try to use the forums for requests of clothing, weapons etc. Remember this is a time consuming thing and the people who do make items are not your personal tailor etc. It is helpful if you gain materials through killing mobs to try and keep these for the members who make items. This can and will speed up their leveling, ensuring your guild has the best to offer.
Also if you have items made and you outgrow them, remember that someone else may be able to use them. Please offer them to guild members before you sell them or make use of guild warehouses if applicable (again depends on the individual game).
Guild Building
Each game will have its own requirements so please refer to the forums to find out how you can help make your guild a stronger more successful guild. Rohan guild Although Rohan has a large part of PVP based game play. We will still hold to our non attacking first plan. However we have taken on board what people have said to us and believe that if you or any guild mate has issues with a certain player, group of players, clan or guild then please report it on our forums and we as a guild will make a decision whether these people will be added to a KOS list. We have also considerd the point of KSing and in fact the easiest way round this is to invite the person to your group so you both get the kill. If this doesn't work and the person persists or starts badmouthing you then again report it in guild chat and we can make a decision on the best course of action. This may not be to everyones taste but in the long run we will be respected for the way we deal with issues. Our community will be great if we can all adhere to this basic guide. Please consider what has been said and if you feel that this is not how you want to play the game then we suggest you look for some other guild that will suit your needs.

Yes we have a GSC server - details can be found either in the private forums or on the main page for active members.
Last but not least
Games are for FUN and relaxation so play to have fun. Be respectful to your guild members and allies. Too much game play can be bad for your health - take a break now and again and read the forums lol, or go do something else you enjoy like bake a batch of cookies (i dont believe i said that).
